We just wanted to thank you for your assistance during our recent home buying experience. We had been told that a buyer should always have a home inspection done before purchasing and now we understand why.
Your assistance an input enabled us to make informed decisions during the negotiations on the purchase of our home. We appreciate the time you spent explaining what had caused the damage in the home and making sure that we understood clearly what needed to be done to keep it from happening agin. Want you to know, I have had inspectors in the past that have NOT asked for the excavation of the crawl, additional vents, elevation of the sagging structures (garage) functioning gutters, pressure treated supports or even in one case a vapor barrier! After working with you, I wish they had. Had they, the burden of the work would have been on the Seller. Now, it will be my responsibility when I sell (I have one house that has only a 6” (deep) crawl space!!!!!!!)
Herm, I got more than my monies worth from you. I feel like I owe you! You went above and beyond. Your are one in a million!
It’s been a pleasure. Look forward to working with you again soon. Just hope you’re not the inspector when someone buys one of my previously improperly inspected houses (just kidding)
