With 17 years of hands-on experience in installing technical infrastructure cabling and equipment, I have honed a deep expertise in ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards and codes. My role has encompassed a broad range of responsibilities, from meticulously selecting and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to conducting thorough walkthroughs of job sites to guarantee the quality and compliance of our work. My dedication to excellence is matched only by my commitment to professional development and learning.

 

My journey into the world of inspection and standards began with an extensive training program through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), where I completed over 120 hours of rigorous training. This foundational experience was further solidified by successfully passing the National Home Inspector Exam, marking a significant milestone in my career.

 

As a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, I am part of a global community of professionals committed to high standards and continuous improvement. My affiliation with InterNACHI has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and skills through an additional 200+ hours of specialized training. To date, I have amassed over 300+ hours of training in total, a testament to my dedication to staying at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
